Shipping policy
We'll ship anywhere in the world, provided USPS or UPS can get there. You are responsible for all shipping and customs charges for your order, and for making sure you can receive packages at that location.
If you need to use an alternate shipping method, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Returns/refunds policy
We will replace defective books with a new copy of the same book. If you received the wrong book due to our error, we will replace it and pay shipping for you to return the incorrect copy. You must contact us directly to request a return, so that we may determine what steps need to be taken to rectify the situation.
Ebook sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you have any issues, please contact us and we'll get things straightened out as quickly as possible.
